Swarnarupa has been serving as the Head of Operations in the organisation since 2022, exemplifying strong second-line leadership. Her educational qualifications are B.Sc (PCM), B.Ed (PCM) and Master of Social Work, and having 8 years of experience in the education domain. She is a highly self-motivated individual, consistently delivering on key priorities. Her areas of expertise include documentation, team monitoring and mentoring, pedagogy solutions, and stakeholder management. Additionally, she is a master trainer in primary mathematics.
Rasmita is a dedicated professional who completed her post-graduation in Odia and has been a key member of Gramothhan since 2017. With a strong passion for working with young children, she focuses on nurturing their growth and learning. Her commitment and experience make her a valuable contributor to Gramothhan's educational initiatives.
Kshirendra holds a post-graduation in Hindi and brings over 10 years of experience in the development sector, with a focus on working with teachers and educational initiatives. Currently, he serves as a Program Coordinator at Gramothhan, where he plays a key role in planning, implementing, programs to drive impactful change in education and community development.
She joined Gramothhan after completing her graduation in History. With a passion for creativity and education, she is contributing as an Art Teacher, inspiring young minds and fostering artistic expression within the organization.
Subal Meher holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Dalit and Tribal Studies and Action from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. With over three years of experience in the development sector, he has been actively engaged in research, communication, and fundraising for social impact initiatives. He is currently working as the Fundraising Associate and Communication Lead at Gramothhan, Odisha, contributing to the organization’s mission of creating lasting social change.
Anna Xess is an educator from Odisha with an M.A. in Education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad. She began her professional journey as a Social Science teacher at Laurel High Global School in Andhra Pradesh. Currently, Anna serves as a Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) Fellow with Gramothhan, Odisha. In her role, she integrates SEL practices into Gramothhan’s School Transformation Program, fostering empathy, self-awareness, and emotional well-being among children. Passionate about inclusive education, she strives to create safe and reflective spaces that nurture both personal and collective growth.
