With 10 years of experience in the development sector, Pratap has worked extensively in areas such as education, skill development, and community empowerment. His work reflects a deep passion for transforming education in tribal and rural areas, driven by his commitment to bridging gaps in access and quality. His leadership focuses on holistic education strategies, empowering underserved communities, and fostering self-reliance through education and skill-building initiatives.

Swarnarupa has been serving as the Head of Operations in the organisation since 2022, exemplifying strong second-line leadership. Her educational qualifications are B.Sc (PCM), B.Ed (PCM) and Master of Social Work, and having 8 years of experience in the education domain. She is a highly self-motivated individual, consistently delivering on key priorities. Her areas of expertise include documentation, team monitoring and mentoring, pedagogy solutions, and stakeholder management. Additionally, she is a master trainer in primary mathematics.

Anna Xess is an educator from Odisha with an M.A. in Education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad. She began her professional journey as a Social Science teacher at Laurel High Global School in Andhra Pradesh. Currently, Anna serves as a Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) Fellow with Gramothhan, Odisha. In her role, she integrates SEL practices into Gramothhan’s School Transformation Program, fostering empathy, self-awareness, and emotional well-being among children. Passionate about inclusive education, she strives to create safe and reflective spaces that nurture both personal and collective growth.
