Menstruation and Hygiene
The Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program aims to break stigma and ensure that adolescent girls manage menstruation with dignity and confidence. Through open conversations with girls, mothers, teachers, and community members, we share accurate information on hygiene, nutrition, and menstrual health. The program reduces absenteeism and promotes supportive environments for girls in schools and villages.
